Over a y...Seven years ago, I went on the Keto diet. Over a year, I dropped 50lbs and have kept it off. Quit MetFormin (2×pd) and blood sugar stayed below 125. Over the last ten months, my blood sugar started jumping from 60 to 180 with no real rhyme or reason. I went back to MetFormin (1×pd) with no significant change. Just arrived in FL for 2 months and have stopped the MetFormin. Daily excercise and watching diet. Blood sugar at 130 and dropping daily. Large meal between 1 and 3PM.
